We had a great stay at this place in a nice area. The location was perfect, with shops and commercial services nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the in-room safe and the free toiletries provided. The television and alarm clock were modern and worked perfectly. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. The buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety of options.
We highly recommend this hotel. The service, the room amenities, and the location were all superb.

I was really surprised by the women-exclusive sauna at Hotel Prima. It was one of the best experiences I've had in Korea. The hotel's location is also convenient if you have business in COEX. Despite the small setbacks like a dingy room and a breakfast buffet that could be better, I had a comfortable stay.

The Prima Hotel is a landmark with convenient bus stops, including an airport bus. The modern, clean rooms and comfortable bedding made for a great stay. The women-exclusive sauna and interesting art galleries were excellent. The helpful staff were a standout.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
